Now more than ever, Placemaking is changing the way that cities around the world work, and we’re thrilled to be a part of this movement with you! To reflect this growing momentum, we are excited to launch a new website to better support your needs as you continue your work on this cause. The Placemaking conversation is as robust as ever, and we feel that the new website represents this exciting shift. We hope that it will be your hub for news, inspiration, and resources, and that you will continue to help us grow with the evolving movement!
The site now highlights our Placemaking agendas, resources, and tools sorted by program areas. In the coming weeks, you'll get a closer look into our unique organization and the experienced team that makes it what it is. You can also expect to see a new format for blog posts emphasizing our incredible collection of images featuring Placemaking in cities around the world. And we will continue to learn and connect with you through our blog and the many social media platforms you use to share your pursuits of better public spaces.
We hope that you dig the new look! As we continue to improve the site, you can help us (and point out any bugs you find) by emailing info@pps.org with your comments. If this is your first time, we hope that you stay, poke around, and get inspired to come back as we make more updates (here’s a great place to start). And as always, you can sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and Twitter to keep you up to date on the latest news from the Placemaking movement. Stay tuned for more news coming soon!
