My project idea is...

My idea is to "winterize" the many hard ball courts in our district, and turn them into squash/racquetball courts.

So that people could... 

As the Organization StreetSquash demonstrated, squash (or racquetball) is an excellent sport for kids: no contact and emphasis on respect of opponent and discipline. Making them available all year around by winterizing them would be a great opportunity, making them available all year around, especially for schools and kids, but also for people living near the park.
