have an attractive gathering place to connect. A digital kiosk, moderated by the Council office, could feature local meetings, classes, opportunities as well as the history of the "square" and the monument at the center. People could purchase food and drink from mobile carts curated by local vendors (Dubs, CT muffin). A design competition could generate great ideas. A team of local volunteers (seniors/youth) could help tend the new plants.
