My project idea is...

Renovations at the Thomas J. Cuite Park. The drinking fountains haven't been working for at least a few years, and the gates don't close.

So that people could... 

better enjoy the playground. It's best for kids under 4, who especially need gates that close. And, of course, everyone could use a working drinking fountain.
