F train stop @ 7ht Ave & 9th Street

My project idea is...

escalators and/or an elevator at 7th Ave/8th Ave & 9th Street F train stop would be a great idea

So that people could... 

Because the F train stop is the major stop for the Methodist Hospital

Replace little-used stairs from platform to concourse in center of platform near agent's booth, and from concourse to street there, removing two parking spaces on each side of Ninth Street in center of block.

Improve lighting at corner of 7th Ave & 9th St because the intersecting 2-way streets are wide, cars take the turns fast, and presently it's hard to see them coming at night.

Repair/replace the tile work in the subway station for the F train at 7th Avenue and 9th Street. It appears to be water damaged. It would be great if the repair project could include public art.

Handicap access at 7th and 9th St station. The closest on the F line are Jay St and Church Ave. The hospital is nearby, the many women I see having to haul strollers and disabled need better access!
