Spread This Idea

Corner of 7th Avenue and 9th Street- the F train stop.

My project idea is...

Handicapped access to the subway at 7th Ave. and 9th Street. An escalator or elevator would do.

So that people could...

This project would enable people going to Methodist Hospital to have access to public transportation. This would help those going for physical therapy and treatment. It would also help seniors and the handicapped to have access to public transport.

Great idea. This would also make it easier for families with strollers, and for bicycle riders on their way to/from the park. There's a nice broad patch of sidewalk on the northwest corner, next to Brooklyn Industries. If an elevator could be fit in there, it would make a huge difference to many, many people.
