Spruce up the garden at Bartel Pritchard Square(circle)

So that people could... 

Enjoy a place to sit and showcase the entrace to Prospect Park.

I agree. This place would be so great if it was maintained. Unfortunately, people living nearby do not water and weed around the new planted trees and I saw one next to the subway entrance dead!

Bartel Pritchard Square is a prominent but underused, pedestrian unfriendly, and under-appreciated public space. Better landscaping, seating,and good quality mobile cafes (local providers?)
