My project idea is...

Fixing the perennial flooding problem on 11th Avenue between Sherman Street and Prospect Avenue in Windsor Terrace. This issue has been raised many times with our elected officials.

So that people could... 

not be faced with the electrical hazard and have safe passage across 11th Avenue when it is raining.
