GAP to 14 th on PPW -cyclists still ride on sidewalk - Seventh Ave and all side streets from fFlatbush to 8th to PPW.

My project idea is...

Signs informing/ reminding cyclists of law AGAINST riding on the sidewalk and responsibility to obey traffic laws.

So that people could... 

Feel safer as pedestrians who are forced to dodge bicycles on Seventh Ave and on side streets - as well as scooters and skate boards. Delivery people are the LEAST OF THE PROBLEM
