My project idea is...

Build an indoor public pool that serves the Park Slope/South Slope community.

So that people could... 

Use an affordable pool in the wintertime. There are no such pools anywhere in the area. The YMCA is $50 per month, while private schools like Berkley Carroll are $15 a swim!
