My project idea is...

Solar compacting trash cans on 7th Avenue in Park Slope

So that people could... 

The trash situation on 7th Avenue is terrible. Trash pick-up has been reduced for over a year now, and the result is regularly overflowing trash cans throughout 7th Avenue in Park Slope. This makes our neighborhood messy and unhygienic. This project would make the neighborhood cleaner and more pleasant.
