Ocean Parkway & Church - Prospect Expressway.

My project idea is...

Install a left turn lane/ signal at Ocean Parkway and Church for cars turning left onto the Prospect Expressway.

So that people could... 

This is a VERY dangerous intersection. I've seen cars take up multiple lanes to make this left (i.e. go to the left or right of a car that is trying to properly make this turn), almost been hit as a pedestrian walking in this crosswalk and have seen many near collisions between cars/ buses going straight through to Church (towards East 5th Street) and those turning.
