My project idea is...

Move ALL signs away from trees/bushes or cut them back. Light up or speed pumps at STOP signs.Longer greenlights for pedestrians.No personal garbage in city cans!Close sidewalk fruit & veg stands.

So that people could... 

Fix stop signs & lights, because cars go thru stop signs & red lights, so that people could have a chance to cross streets without risking their lives!
People have to walk by smelly, overloaded city garbage cans on streets, & they shouldn't have to.
They should use their own garbage cans.
People can't walk, because fruit & veg stands cover the entire sidewalk & they bring rats & it smells bad.
