My project idea is...
I created the sculptures that grace PS 107. I would like to create more Public Art with community schools. My art services would be donated. Funding would be for classroom time and cost of materials.
So that people could...
Art is essential to every community. Public art invites conversation and is an expression of ourselves. When a community participates, in this case a student body of a school, the art installation is a learning tool, a group challenge, a sense of ownership and pride in its process, progress and completion. This reflects upon the school and the surrounding community.

Need more trees (and less traffic) on Bond Street. Area between Smith Street and Park Slope is a concrete wasteland. Lack of trees seems to encourage speeding on Bond Street

We need to re-instate the B71 bus to serve the people of our borough and once again bridge Carroll Gardens & Park Slope. We must move forward to the future, not turn the clock back by isolating people
