South side of F Douglass Circle W. 110th Street and CPW

My project idea is...

Install vehicle protection granite barriers or cement planters on the south side of Frederick Douglass Park. Designer of Park and reps. of Central Park Conservancy should be included in decision.

So that people could... 

be safe as they sit in or walk through the F Douglass Circle. Recent crash of car right into the center of FDC shows what some of us have said for two years: cars driving south on CPW can drive directly into pedestrian area of Circle.
