My idea to improve this place

Add free Parking areas,restrooms, revamp electical power & add more lighting, on & around pathways. Add small picnic areas. Renovate all historic buildings to make available for use.

So that people could... 

To facilitate Luminaria and other public night time as well as daytime use and events. Lighting provides safety, parking and restrooms encourage more use.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

a fun, easily accessible, safe place to visit and bring visitors. Hemisfair is a beautiful space with tremendous potential. It help enhance and draw visitors to the Convention Center and La Villita.
