My idea to improve this place

Create a mixed use development with a grocery store

So that people could... 

Grocery shop

Because I want San Antonio to be...

A place where people can shop for groceries and live in a walkable environment. They complain about not enough residents downtown, but if they build a mixed use development with residents, business, and a grocery store to scale, then it would work.
