My idea to improve this place
Create urban organic gardens on roofs of buildings downtown.
So that people could...
Work together whenever they could. You could provide produce for a market...a co-op, or donate it to charity. Communties thrive when they work together on projects that beneft the city...The more urban livers commect, the better the urban environment.

This is a great Idea. Chicago has started a green roof program...it all started with their City Hall roof.....Imagine a greenspace on the massive roofs of Rivercenter or the Convention Center (or both)It would be AMAZING!

Provide some safe, welcoming parking options near La Villita and HemisFair Park. Both are gems in our city that are underutilized because SA residents cannot easily access them.
