parking lot on the corner of 281 & Evans Road
My idea to improve this place
to have a city wide clothing swap where folks can swap used clothes, toys & books. There could be vintage items, handmade offerings &crafts . What isn't swapped could be donated to Goodwill.
So that people could...
be encouraged to come together and get to know one another, swap, and then check out handmade and vintage items. There could be sewing, quilting stations for children and adults. Painting on fabric; small book or pillow making for children.
Because I want San Antonio to be...
a great place to live a great place to visit, a great place to raise a family. An interesting, inspiring city that honors its heritage while embracing the challenges of the future.

There is a building that formerly housed an Albertsons & a HEB. a big empty shell . My idea is to stage the windows as art pieces lighting them from within. Speakers will play soundtrack.

This area looks nice enough-- grass and trees, but it is an unused easement, and it'd look great if they turned it into a little park/playground for the children of the neighborhood.

The developments are naturally connected by drainages running roughly N-S, but they are blocked by fences at development boundaries. Open these fences to allow foot traffic to pass.

Instead of another strip mall or gated community, I suggest a Spiritual Park that represents different faiths, with walking paths, reflecting pool, meditation gardens, or a circular labyrinth.
