Alamo, Commerce, Losoya and Market Intersection (Torch Intersection)

My idea to improve this place

Expand pedestrian plaza area by closing Losoya between Commerce and Market. Reverse direction on Losoya to NB and on Crockett to EB. Open SB bus lane on Alamo to public.

So that people could... 

Cross the intersection more safely, drive through the intersection easier, and the area adjacent to the Torch sculpture and the River Walk could be improved with shade features, cafe kiosks, seating, etc.

Because I want San Antonio to be...

A world-class city.
