Where? Alta Vista's Breeden St. (or Flores Ave.) as as community portals to San Pedro Springs Park. Breeden St. has very little car traffic and would ideal for inexpensive pedestrian/biking infrastructure.

Where? Corner of Basse and McCullough ties 78209 with 78212 is both on the bus route and the bike route but there is no currently no safe way to cross 281 for pedestrians and bike traffic.

Provide a two lane bicycle path along the existing railroad right of way from Loop 1604 near the I 10 Park and Ride lot into the downtown area. This is approximately 15 miles. 0
