Two instruments developed by Ellen Smith of Baltimore's Parks & People Foundation, with help from Paul Jahnige of Community Resources and Chris Walker of the Urban Institute. Parks & People uses these questionnaires to collect information about communities along Baltimore's Gwynns Falls Trail.
